Payment Terms: NRCS standard payment terms are 30 days after delivery of goods/services & billing documents in good order.
We hereby solicit your quotation for the provision of the following services as per our requirements;
Financial Services please prepare and submit a technical proposal according to the guidelines provided in the Pricing Template. Annex 4.
The Request for Quotation (RFQ) consists of the following Annexes;
- Annex 1: NRCS terms and Conditions for service contracts
- Annex 2: Scope of Work
- Annex 3: Request for proposal
- Annex 4: FSP Response Sheet
- Annex 5: Cost Breakdown
- Annex 6: Supplier Registration Form
- Annex 7: FSP SOP
- Annex 8: Declaration of Undertaking
The following is the time schedule that NRCS seeks:

NRCS reserves the right to invite shortlisted service providers to present their company profile at our office in Plot 589, TOS Benson Crescent, Opp Ngozi Okonjo Iweala Way, Utako District – Abuja for better understanding of the companies professional and financial background and capacity in Transcribing/Production of Radio Jingles.
The NRCS terms and conditions Annex 1 will form part of the contract should we accept your offer
Kindly note that withholding tax will be deducted on all transaction and NRCS will remit it to the Nigerian government, Price offer will be reviewed upward or downward based on the Exchange and inflation rate every 6months. The orders for this Framework agreement will vary which is dependent on the needs.

Qualification – Required Documents:
The following documents must be submitted (filled in, stamped, and signed as advised below) with your offers. Failure to do this, may lead to disqualification of suppliers.

Delivery remarks: The goods to be delivered to delivery addresses mentioned under clause 1 - Table
- Important to note: NRCS reserves the right to invite shortlisted companies to present their company profile at our office at NRCS HQ Abuja office for better understanding of the companies professional and financial background and capacity in providing the required goods.
- The RFQ and Annexes must be carefully and thoroughly read as failure to observe the information and conditions laid out here may result in disqualification from the evaluation process.
- Request for clarification:
- The suppliers are required to submit any request for clarification ONLY regarding this RFQ to email:procurement@redcrossnigeria.orglatest by the date mentioned in the clause 4 above.
- The NRCS will respond all queries as per the timeline stipulated in the clause 4 above.
- The responses to the queries (without disclosing the names of the suppliers) will be uploaded on the same web link from which the RFQ documents were initially downloaded. The suppliers are requested to regularly check the link for any updates.
Guidelines for Submission of offers:
- All Offers to be submitted in HARD COPIES (printed form) only.
- All suppliers are required to submit a bank reference letter for confirmation of supplier offer
- All offers along with required information and Annexes laid down in this document and Annex 6, should be properly sealed in an envelope, signed and stamped.
